Where is the option to enable anonymous comments? I downloaded disqus from www.joomlaworks.net/extensions/free-premium/disqus-comments-for-joomla-package

It says "Guest commenting can be enabled at the Disqus admin > Settings > General page in the Guest Commenting setting." I cant find it? Is it in COPMONENTS/DISQUS?

Here is what happens when i install:
Component Installed
Jw_disqus Content Installed
Jw_disqus System Installed

But i have to MANNUALY enable the component by going to extensions/manage/ and clicking on "enable" on DISQUS Comments for Joomla! (component). There appears to be disqus in components but when I click it it says "An error has occurred.404 Component not found ".

I have Joomla! 3.1.5 Stable .

You shouldn't activate the DISQUS component.

All the available options are located either in the DISQUS plugin or at your disqus settings (disqus.com).
