I have a new install of Joomla 3.2, when I install AllVideos, content with the {youtube}VideoID{/youtube} tag correctly shows as the video referenced.

When I then enable the DISQUS plugin, each instance shows the text of the {youtube} code instead of the video.

Turning off DISQUS fixes this problem, but leaves me without comments.

Has anyone else run into this before?

Hi. You need to put the DISQUS plugin to be executed after the AllVideos plugin. You can change the plugins ordering at Joomla! plugin manager.
