The component works fine on articles but does not appear on category listings. I have checked both these:

Display a comments counter/anchor link in (category) listings
Display a comments counter/anchor link in article view

Is there something else I should be doing?

Hi. Are you talking about K2 or Joomla! articles listings? Is there a link to the page?

I'd also be interested in knowing this. It shows on my usual articles in J2.5 but not on the category pages. This is not K2.

In category listings you should get a link to the comments like this on the demo page demo.joomlaworks.net/disqus-comments-category . However the comment box cannot be displayed in the list.
