Awesome plugin. Thank you.

I have installed the plugin. I have registered at the site and set it up. There is no documentation available so I figured out how to do all this only by Google-ing everything.

I have activated commenting on two menu items/pages. One is the frontpage of my Joomla 1.5 site, and one is on another page. Here is the example of the front page: www.now2.411designstreet.com/. There is an "add a comment" link at the bottom but after it takes you to another page with the blog post on it, there is only the blog post and no comment box.

Here it is rendered differently: www.now2.411designstreet.com/sunrays. There is a "view comments" at the top, disqus advertising at the bottom, but no way to enter comments.

1. Why do they display inconsistently?
2. Why am I not seeing a comment box?
3. Please post publicly how this can be fixed. This question has been asked several times but I can't find where a moderator has answered it. I hope this is solvable.
