I am running Version 2.9.4 for Joomla 1.5.  My site is centerpointroseville.org

My images are 450 x 250.  In the category, Default resize width (px) for uploaded images is set to 450.  The Default resize quality (%) for uploaded images is set to 100.

I'm using the Uncut template.  The Slideshow width is 450, height is 250.  I tried different templates and my graphic is being reduced to around 436x246 for all templates. 

How can I keep my graphics 100%?
