Changing image file name and ALT tag was created by Appreciated

I am able to upload a new image through my Joomla administrator, however if the image has a different file name it does not show. My page source includes the following code: <span class="slide-image" style="background:url(/media/com_fpss/src/6_ada9a09acea936d776a6f55c82778c43_s.jpg) no-repeat;">
<img src="/media/com_fpss/src/6_ada9a09acea936d776a6f55c82778c43_s.jpg" alt="Coman Slide2" />
</span>"

Please let me know how and where I can change this file name and alt tage.

I am able to change the alt tag. However the image is cache with a different name
