Is it possible to geotarget various content types in Frontpage Slideshow?

I'd like to display the following content types:

1. Mosets Tree listings
2. K2 Blog Items
3. Joomla Content Articles

My site is a national directory of merchants, so I'd like to sell ad packages which include featuring merchants in FP Slideshow based on the region of the country of the viewer. Can that be done and how?

On the flip side, can the content types be related to keywords or tags?

I may want to geotarget on the Home page and tagtarget on interior pages. The site is intended to show travel destinations, so the interior tag/keyword targeting would be related to the destination area currently being viewed. Hope that makes sense.

I assume you mean with custom development? What kind of custom work would need to be done? Do you guys do that? I would think template overrides and a helper file of some sort. Any ideas?

We do not take over custom implementations, mostly due lack of time. This is a quite complex extension so probably it would be better to be implemented a stand alone component and not with overrides in Frontpage Slideshow.
