On my site I use two primary category layouts, two column and four column. In my category image parameters I have the image size set to 345, this is the correct size for the 2 column layout. The problem is on my 4 column layout I need it to be 232 px but when uploading it it will resize the smaller image to 345 and then be much to large when I am in the category 4 column layout. Any ideas how to make that image display at the correct size?

Can you change some of the image resize options in the params and use one, small, and another medum and set the menu item to override the default or inherited size in the view?

This was for category images only, not the item images. I didn't find a place that would let me change category image size for for different categories. I only found the one category image size setting in the parameters. I see the multiple images sizes but it seems it only applies to the items.

I did get it fixed though. In k2.css I changed the subcategoryimage classes to

.subCategory a.subCategoryImage { text-align:center; display:block; }
.subCategory a.subCategoryImage img { margin:0 8px 0 0; width: 100%; }

So then before using the image if I correctly size it in photo shop this will size it down within the containing div.

Hi Mike. I was trying to accomplish what you stated in your last post. I'm not sure if the code has changed in the k2 updates, but could you do a screen shot of where you wrote that specific code in?
