There is no option, currently, to export K2 content to Joomla.
Suggest offering it as a feature request for 2.2

To add further to that, if you import content to K2, until you test it and see if it suits you, there is no reason to delete Joomla's articles. If you don't like K2 for some reason (I really can't think of one :) ) you can just stop using it and go back to Joomla core articles.

this may do what you require
First you may have to use phpmyadmin to export your k2 items

Export your K2 articles using this tutorial:
www.individual-it.net/en/Instructions-for-K2-Import-Componen... (Commercial)
Re-import into Joomla using this tutorial:
www.reviewsforjoomla.com/orders/csvimport/csv_import_overvie... (commercial)
Never tried it myself (don't see a reason why) but if it works for you let us know...

"And now it's not just an import tool, it has also an EXPORT function. All fields except images are exported." in this post
this will probably do the trick if you get the latest version.
there is also a blog post on it, but i dont think it mentions export

I am really surpirised with your comment as 'why to switch back, when you have k2'.
Have you any time figured out how could it get difficult when, there are multiple user groups & there is no tut on this, not even any hack. This is like getting a FULL STOP in my current project, only because of not being able to create multiple user groups. The joomla core provides this. and anybody would have to fully stop k2 and get back to joomla core, no one would only use the joomla core user & user groups, because problems would rise.
Please reply to me & correct me on the above & suugest me what shouold i do, go back to joomla core with multiple usergroups or stay on k2 without the same feature.
