Hi,

Here's a zip file to add a view to K2 that displays a list of K2 users filtered by k2 usergroup

BECAUSE K2 IS EXTENSIBLE, IT DOES NOT OVERWRITE ANY K2 FILES !

Look like you are the person to go to for some missing things in K2 :-)

I have looked around to find a way to display a list of "Most commented" articles, but can only find "Last comments" and "Most active commenters" as well as "Most read articles".

I like the "Last comments" part and use it. But I also like to have a little list of the most commented articles displayed. Are you able to hack this one too? :-)

I think this SHOULD be a standard feature of K2, but until then...

It seems not working for selecting a group in administrator view

When I click on select button ,
a list of all groups is displayed in "popup" but there is not selection button in it and
if I click on the group link I see a windows to edit the group details

Any idea to solve the problem ?

I'm using K2 V2.1 and joomla 1.5.15

I've checked what your hack involves. The best place to add the code would be in k2 original files which already process item lists.

Doing this would make your k2 site not upgradable anymore.

The modifications are simple so if you really want to...

Is there supposed to be a link to a 'page 2' when there are more users than can be displayed on a single page? How do I display the rest of the users?

Here's a new version of the k2 users view extension :

- Possibilty to choose one or more k2 user groups
- New ordering options : Group name (alphabetical & reverse alphabetical), latest user first, most recent user first
- New parameter option : Number of users columns per page
- New parameter option : Enable k2 plugin
- New directory/file : css/k2_usersview.css to enable css styling of the users view
- Pagination is now correctly displayed

Sorry to be naive but will this K2 users view extension continue to work if further upgrade are done or not?

I cant tell if it makes changes to core files or not, sorry!!

Good question ;-)

Yes, the extension will continue to work til the k2 structure doesn't change and til a users view is not available by default in k2 !

This extension only adds its own files and DOESN'T MAKE ANY CHANGE to k2 core. You can upgrade your k2 without problems.

I keep an eye, even two, on k2 upgrades, don't worry.

these changes are terrific! one question -- is there a way to edit a file or configure to have the pagination horizontal instead of vertical? i.e.:

Start Prev 1 2 3 Next End

instead of

Start
Prev
1
2
3
Next
End

You certainly have a Joomla template that overrides the pagination core html, like mine.

I think you also have the pagination problem in k2 itemlist ?

can you paste the html code of your pagination ?

Some templates override the Joomla! native pagination layout.

On the Reaction Rockettheme (dec 09), this css style in k2.css makes K2 pagination like content pagination :
