Hi Kirkor,
Maybe I'm wrong but there is the second foreach:

<?php foreach ($this->item->extra_fields as $key=>$extraField): ?>
<?php foreach ($this->item->extra_fields as $key=>$extraField): ?>
<?php if($extraField->name=='Podtytul') continue; ?>
<?php endforeach; ?>

You have:

<?php foreach ($this->item->extra_fields as $key=>$extraField): ?>
<?php foreach ($this->item->extra_fields as $key=>$extraField): ?>

You need:

<?php foreach ($this->item->extra_fields as $key=>$extraField): ?>

Extrafield 'Podtytul' is still in extrafeilds position... Where is the mistake???

             <li class="type<?php echo ucfirst($extraField->alias); ?> group<?php echo $extraField->group; ?>">
