I got the same problem. Instal K2 again when using your link but still i got the message :
Method Not Implemented

POST to /administrator/index.php not supported.
Apache/2.2.0 (Fedora) Server at www.schrijverspunt.nl Port 80

What can i do?

Which version of Joomla! and K2 are you using?
The "Method Not Implemented" indicates a server related issue.

Which other extensions are you using?

I use several extensions like Community Builder, JCE, etc.

Can you edit the parameters of other extensions (eg articles) ?

Was it working under 3.3.6?
If yes try disabling all other K2 related extensions.

It didn't work under 3.3.6. too...

I believe there are no K2 related extensions.

And still the same problem.

So what to do?

K2 uses a simple xml file for its parameters. We do not use any custom functions. If Joomla! cannot parse this .xml file and it fails to implement any changes, then this indicates a server-side issue.

I think the issue lies with mod_security but I am sure that your hosting provider will be able to pinpoint the exact issue.
