Iam having problem with my K2 as its still showing old image even after replacing it and clearing cache . What could be the problem.

Do not double post.
Your issue will not get solved any faster.

Make sure to clear your browser's cache as well.
Also enable the "Force 'item modified date' as URL timestamp on image paths" setting in K2's settings.

I tried both as mentioned still its same. Cant see the new image uploaded.Can you help me.

Is the image uploaded properly?

Have you tried pasting the URL in your browser? Which image is coming up?

Image is uploaded properly and its shown in K2 back end , This is the site for which this problem is occurring : www.lonelybhutantours.com/

This is not the URL of a K2 image.
K2 replaces the URI of images.

If these images are cached then this is server configuration unrelated to K2.
Probably a setting in the cache plugin called "Use browser cache" or sth similar.

Iam using K2 only for this website and all the images are using K2 only, i even have disabled cache plugin.

Is the item saved. Does the new image show properly in the backend?
Have you tried deleting the old one?

Yes the image is saved and it does show up in back end, i deleted the old one and uploaded new one but still the result is same.I even asked the server to check and they said its to do with the component iam using as its all clear from server side.

The issue is not with K2.
You are using a custom built module not a K2 one. You should contact the module's developer about this issue.

Also update to K2 2.6.8 and Joomla! to 2.5.24 (Your version is really outdated.)

You need to contact the template developer about this.
I am pretty sure that module came bundled with the template.

Since we has nothing to do with this module (it is the first time I come across it) I cannot assist you on this.
