the managers of my site will create only subcagories of a one main category.
There's a way to set a default category and a default inherit parameter option from main category in backend?
maybe the user shouldn't be able to create uncategorized articles and categories out of a 1 category..how can i do that?

You change the access the users have in the K2 User Group settings.
This is for front-end editing however.

You can define the category or parent category users can post into. These settings are located in the K2 User Group's settings.

i don't need front end edit if the user can't create categories..
another thing: i want to hide completely the create date, the author and some other thing, i can hide in category parameter but not in general option.
I'm tryng to make my site more userfriendly as possible, those issue doesn't help :(

Inheriting values is that option.
One master category will its options predefined and all the other categories will simply inherit its settings. So the option for global category settings does exist.

joomla com_content has the global parameters, Inheriting is not global
You should think about it in next release :)
