In the K2 Category Item layout, we can choose to show x amount of 'links' at the bottom of the category item layout.

These links are not working as links and the layout is a little messed up as well.

This is a JoomlArt template so there are html overides. I have disabled the overides by renaming the files with .bak at the end, and the issue is still present....I bhave since re-enable dthe overides to make sure the layout looks ok.

We are running 2.6.8 and this issue was present with 2.6.7.

Hi. This is an issue of the template. K2 is working fine with the system template:
www.squnchescraftnetwork.com.au/blog?template=system . If it is not adapting nice to your template then it's up to you ( or your template provider ) to resolve this.
