Cannot set the target for Item Edit in Menu

Cannot set the target for Item Edit in Menu was created by Ross Bartholomew

When I create a menu item for Item Edit all works fine except that the Target won't remain set to Parent but instead changes to New Window with Navigation.

What could it be that I am missing?

Hi. What version of K2 are you using? Ensure that you have the latest one ( 2.6.8 ).

I have just downloaded the latest and installed it but the target still won't save as parent. I have made the menu item Public now so it is visible.
