If the user try to edit his profile at frontend "index.php?option=com_users&view=profile&layout=edit&Itemid=xxx", the left sidebar is missing, who can i enable it?

Hi. This has nothing to do with K2. This has to do with your site's modules and menus. Try to create a menu link to user edit profile page and then assign the navigation module to that page also.
