How to show title of subcategory on blog was created by Pat Adkins
I have a blog at www.foremostresumes.com/blog. This is the blog's homepage / frontpage. The title of the blog shows correctly at the top of the page.
The problem is that on the subcategory pages, the title of the subcategory doesn't show at the top of that page. The title of the blog shows as the title of every subcategory page - this is wrong.
How do I correct this please?

I forgot to post the link to 1 of my subcategories that mistakenly displays the title of the blog at the top of the subcategory page, and needs to show the title of the subcategory instead:

Hi. This is caused because your template is not printing the category title. A quick fix without editing your template would be to create a menu link to the category "Who We Are".

Thank you for responding. I tried creating a menu link to the category, Who We Are, and the result was a page on my blog with only blank white lines where the 2 articles / posts used to be (see screen shot). So I unpublished the menu link for Who We Are.
What do I need to do to get the content of my articles back and fix the original problem please?

Then revert the changes and ask your template provider for help. You can see that the default template works as it should here www.foremostresumes.com/blog/itemlist/category/9-who-we-are?template=system.

The category page, "Who We Are" is restored to the way it was.
The blog and it's category settings say it uses the "default template".

It might be set up to use the default template, but it might be using an override. The override of the default template can be found at /templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_k2 folder. If there are files there then these files are used instead of the defaults.

Thank you for helping me, I really appreciate it.
It looks like there are files in the folder you point to below. Since I know nothing about php, I'm stuck at this point. I really don't want to break my blog.

Probably this is the time to ask for help from an expert. Try to ask the developer who built your site. As a side note, you can try to rename temporarily the folder /templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_k2 to something else. This will make K2 to use the core files but probably you design will break. So maybe it's better to ask a developer for help.
