This time I would like to ask about a plugin you can point for Paypal Donate buttons on K2 article items? I have found a few that works with the default joomla editor but would like to know if there are some available for the K2 articles?

Hi. K2 supports content plugins so probably the plugins you have found will also work with K2 items.
