Make sure have not changed your menu structure.
Also did you start using K2's advanced SEF or an SEO extension?

No, i don't change anything. And i dont use SEF or SEO extensions. Some Google articles says using SEF extensions like AceSEF should answer my problem?

Not really,
it might help with the redirection but it won't help you find the actual issue.
Can you send me an example of and old and a new URL?

I realize my 404 page links contains Turkish characters like ı, ş, ğ...
I add K2 parameters SEO page to Turkish characters like (ş|s, Ş|s, ç|c, Ç|c, İ|i, ı|i, ü|u, Ü|u, ö|o, Ö|o, Ğ|g, ğ|g). Now Google indexed my new links (without Turkish characters) and old links same time and new links works perfect.
I have got hundereds of news articles and i dont want to for every single ones delete alias and save it. How can i figured out?
And i wonder all of this articles how was working the whole time without 404?
Tnx.

I cannot definetely tell you why it was working.
Could be a change in your hosting setup.
I think you might need a custom db script to batch edit your items aliases.
