I have two questions please:

1)How can i remove the start,before below from content?I want only the numbers and icons forward and back.Or to put on the same row and not in column

2)How can i remove the page title viewing articles with tags?

K2 uses Joomla!'s default pagination.

You need to override it. You can learn more about Joomla! 's pagination on docs.joomla.org
