k2 categories. fetch from child categories problem was created by jojo
Hi, i have a problem with the k2 categories menu itme.
I want to turn off the 'options --> fetch from children categories' parameter, but it always switches back to 'yes'.
This is very annoying.

please fix it! thank you

I just tried it with K2 2.6.8 and Joomla! 2.5.24 and it seems to work properly.
Which version did you use?

version 2.6.8


when i toggle it to no, the text next to it becomes red, (inspect element says css class 'hasTooltip invalid')
so i guess something is invalid... but what???

Ok I managed to reproduce the issue under 3.3.

I have reported it here: github.com/joomlaworks/k2/issues/197

You can also see the reply at github.

For one category you can enable Catalog mode.
