time stamp incorrect

time stamp incorrect was created by robin
I can't find where i can change the time stamp on K2 articles. It's showing 00:00 on all my articles. Can someone help? I want it to show the correct time stamp.

Thanks for the response. I can't find this file "administrator/components/com_k2/views/item/view.html.php."
I'm using K2 version 2.6.7. Could it be called something else?

Please update to K2 2.6.8 before applying this patch, or update directly to the 2.7.0 DEV version.

I updated to 2.7.0 Dev but i still can't find this file: administrator/components/com_k2/views/item/view.html.php

The file should be there, otherwise K2 will not work at all. Did the dev version solved your issue?

Then something is wrong with your server directories permissions and K2 ( or any other extension ) cannot be updated properly.

If you are referring to the front-end, then in your overrides you need to change $this->item->created to $this->item->publish_up.

In item.php and category_item.php. You can also choose it in tag.php and user.php

Thanks for you help. I read the overrides instructions and it's not making sense to me. :( can you recommend an affordable K2 developer that can help me fix this and some other K2 related issues I'm having? I'm running out of time to get this fixed.
