Hallo,
I'm working on a joomla site (3.3.6) with the latest k2 (2.6.8).
When I try to vote for a k2 item, I see the animated update/sync icon, (0 votes) disappears for a couple seconds...but then reappears and nothing has changed, the coloured stars are transparent again also.
So it looks as if the ajax request to store the vote is somehow blocked and bounced back, but I can't find the cause.
If anybody has ideas, please suggest!

Hello,
Can you look at your browser's developer tools (console tab) for any errors?
Also what is showing up in the Network tab?

Nothing on the console.
On the network I see three script requests (from client) and the answers (see screenshot)
But they do not say much to me... :unsure:

It is working now.
I cannot seem to locate a K2 item with rating.
There is a JS error however with your menu that you should address it to your template provider.

It looks like your server is redirecting the request to a different location. Are you using any extensions for translations or SEF?

If you have the account data you may have a look behind the scenes.
I did not set up the site, I just started to work on it. Plus I'm pretty new to joomla. So...not sure.
What I noticed now having a quick look is josetta - k2 items and josetta - k2 categories. Could those be "suspects"?

tried disabling the above: nothing changed.
If you could tell me which file(s) is responsible for getting that ajax request and storing a vote, maybe I could try to debug it by myself.
