JCE not loaded was created by Martin
Hi all,
I'm using a template from CTHthemes and it doesn't natively support JCE.
Now I made a new usergroup within K2 and added myself to it. Also made a menu item on this page: www.obsdedolfijn.nl/new2/laatste-nieuws
to edit or make k2 items. Now when I click “voeg artikel toe”(means: add article)
a new window opens but the JCE editor isn’t loaded the right way.

What am I doing wrong? Can anyone help?
Kind regards,
Martin.

K2 works fine with JCE.
I think this is a template issue and you should address this to the template's developer.

Krikor,
you were right. Was a template issue. This is now fixed, but another problem comes up.
The template designer says this is a K2 issue.
When I want to add content in the front-end and i want to add photo's in the tab "extra field"".
The image browser opens, but on every folder and file is a lock symbol.
Setting user permissions to 777 doesn't work out.
Do you know a solution?

This is not due to file/folder permissions.
Furthermore setting permissions to 777 is considered a bad practise.
This is due to K2's permissions. This folder is only browsable from the frontend. No actions can be made.

What can I do with your answer Krikor?
"This is due to K2's permissions. This folder is only browsable from the frontend. No actions can be made."
Does this mean that publishers can't add files from the image folder when they add an article????
Martin.

Unfortunately this is how frontend permissions built.
You cannot edit these folders from the frontend. You can look at the JED for an extension that extends K2's permissions.
