Not able to select k2 item in menus options

Not able to select k2 item in menus options was created by Amit Gora

I have created a k2 item for a new menu on my site. and then select menu type k2-> item and then in the next options it`s ask me to chose a k2 item from light box.
And in the popup box it is showing an error message.

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /namskarbollywood/administrator/index.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

K2 is a Joomla! extension package developed by JoomlaWorks, released under the GNU/GPL v2 license.

Are you using any other K2 plugins or extensions?

This issue was resolved several versions ago but it is possible that a K2 plugin is causing this conflict.

I don`t know about this that i am using other k2 plugins or extensions. If you need i can provide you my administrator link and their user name and password by email.

You can look Extensions -> Plugin Manager and look for K2 plugins or you can look directly at Extensions -> Extension Manager -> Manage to look for k2 related components.

I have searched all k2 extension in "Extension Manager: Manage ".

This is a server setup or a security extension issue.
URLs with a trailing ] cannot be rendered. The same URL with the unclosed [ still renders.

This is either related to your hosting provider's server setup, a security extension or a custom htaccess file.

But i am using k2 old version on same server in another site. He is working fine so let me know what is wrong with new version.

Please try to help me ASAP because my client force me to run site successfully.

I already logged in your site.
If you add brackets to other URL they will fail as well.

Please double check your htaccess file and also ask your hosting provider if there are any additional security extensions running.

I m talking you about my another site on same domain in which we are using k2 old version which is working fine on same server. So i want to know that why this issue is coming with latest version. If you need then i can also provide you that site details also where we are using k2 older version.

Did you check your htaccess file, did you double check this with your hosting provider?

Do this before sending me credentials to your other site.
