Hello, Its driving me crazy because I had it done and now I just cant do it.
Using Joomla 3, K3 and neuvvo templates. How on earth does one get the site name not to show in the header?
Anyone please help.

From the site's global configuration. Include site title option.
If the menu item's title is showing up, then this option is located in the menu item.

Found another way and for me its better. Went to h1#logo a.logoFromParams {font:normal 20px/80% 'Comfortaa',sans-serif; color:#e7e6df;} template css and reduced the px to a more normal size. from 68px to 20px.

Make sure you make your edits in your custom.css file so you won't lose any changes when you update the template.
