I had the 2.6.8 version and today I've found about a hundred of new articles listed in the backend side of my site (www.dlfpistoia.eu) and a lot of new users authomatically registered. Each article where a little part of a single big english text. I have deleted all the unwanted items but after a few minutes, I have found a new user, I have instantly deleted. Now I have upgraded K2 to the 2.6.9 version.

Someone with the same problem?

This means that you have left the registration page with no captcha or any other security measure. Furthermore you have enabled K2's front-end editing for plain registered users. Consider adding captcha to the registration form and assign front-end editing capabilities to another user group.

They are secure. Do not forget to reassign your K2 group permissions as well, since a person will still be able to register.
