Now I have stalled, the article timestamp show 00:00
What have I missed, please see the attached image.

Must manually change this for every article, tried this solution but no result:

This indicates a file/folder permission issue, which is a Joomla! issue.
The correct permissions should be 644 for files and 755 for folders.

Check the /tmp folder for any 'leftovers' (files, folders etc) from previous installations. If that is the case, empty the folder and try again please.
