Items order with mobile devices was created by Soveratiamo Redazione

Hi,
how i can order my items with mobile devices on k2 2.6.9?
With desktop terminal I can use drag&drop function but i can't to it with smartphone and tablet.
Have you any suggestion?

Hello,

Since K2 uses Joomla!'s default template I do not think there is much you can do. However I have used drag n' drop in touch devices with no issues.

I don't know how you did because I tried with different devices. anyway in joomla core component it's possible to order featured items without use drag & drog but in k2 2.6.9. it's impossible.

I am sorry I mislead yo, the handles are hidden.
You can remove these classes by editing this file (although it is not recommended):
github.com/joomlaworks/k2/blob/master/administrator/components/com_k2/views/items/tmpl/default.php in lines 61 and 121

Be careful and backup since this a core file.

The solution is to provide an ordering dropdown interface on each edit page (category, tag, and item).
This would then offer ordering functionality to touch devices.

I have submitted the feature request:
