All videos mp3 player was created by Alvaro

Hello, I downloaded the all videos plugin.
I'm trying to put an audio file on this site www.pnlnakle.com.uy, and I enabled it under this link to test it www.pnlnakle.com.uy/index.php/formacion-empresas/analisis-transaccional in the right column under the tilte Entrevista Radio Universal
I have the plugin set to load the files in images/audio and I uploaded the file there but I can't make it work, it shows {mp3}entrevista_universal{/mp3} but I don't see the the audio player.
Can you help me making it work?

Hello Alvaro,

Is the plugin enabled ? (Check the plugin manager).
Also make sure that the shortcode does not have any HTML code, spans.

Hello, I cleaned up the code and it does not have any html or spans, and the plugin is enabled.
But I still don't see the player.
What else could it be?

Is the file in a subfolder? Have you correctly setup the root folder for your media in the plugin's setttings?

Hello, the local audio folder is images/audio, I uploaded the mp3 file to that folder, is {mp3}entrevista_universal{/mp3} correct? Or do I have to put something else?

Sorry, my mistake, the file is under the folder audio www.pnlnakle.com.uy/audio/entrevista_universal.mp3

It shows the player and I can hear it, but I don't see it in this link www.pnlnakle.com.uy/index.php/formacion-empresas/analisis-transaccional, in this link I only see {mp3}entrevista_universal{/mp3}

I'm trying with a custom mode and I cleaned the code and it shows only {mp3}entrevista_universal{/mp3} in the editor with no editor selected, but I only see it if I go directly to the link www.pnlnakle.com.uy/audio/entrevista_universal.mp3

Hello, I moved it to images/audio

I see the player here pnlnakle.com.uy/images/audio/entrevista_universal.mp3 but I dont' see it in the link of the site pnlnakle.com.uy/index.php/formacion-empresas/analisis-transaccional

I still see {mp3}entrevista_universal{/mp3}

Is there anything else I should do?

Hello, sorry for the delay in answering, I talked to my client and he doesn't wants me to give credentials.
I solved it with an iframe, I tried to remove the backgroound color but I couldn't, in chrome I see black background, and in ffox, safari and internet explorer I see white background.
Can I fix it with css? What stylesheet do I have to modify?
And the player shows different style in different browsers.

You can override the extension and change its stylesheet.
You will find instructions here: www.joomlaworks.net/support/docs/allvideos
Check the "MVC Templating" section.

Since you are using the browser's native player, then it is regular that the result differs from browser to browser.
