Hi,
A blank page indicates a PHP error. Set error reporting to "Development" in Joomla! global configuration in order to see the error message.

Thanks for the reply, I find the error is: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes)
and I tried to change the memory limit to 512mb in php.ini but it didn't work

Does this occur on all items or just the specific one? Changing the memory limit in php.ini should work. Check the system information page to see which ini file is loaded.

Yes, this occur on all item.
Do you mean this info, Loaded Configuration File /usr/php/54/etc/php.ini , on the system information page?
I can't find this php.ini file on cPanel or FTP, please kindly let me know what I can do.

Try to disable some content and K2 plugins one by one until you find the one that is causing the issue.
