I need the possibility to show all articles to all users but for registered user I need to show some text which will be hidden for guest user.

Is there any extension for that?

I am not aware of a specific extension but i am sure that if you search you will find one. Try searching on the Joomla! and K2 extension directories ( extensions.joomla.org/ and getk2.org/extend/ ) .
