I've tried that but it's not just working. For some reason it's not picking up the override which is why I changed the core file to see if that would work and it won't. It should be a really simple thing - just change the text in the ini file, but it's still saying "additional info"Krikor wrote: I would suggest using Joomla!'s default overriding process if you only plan to change a few strings.

I looked at my template and it doesn't appear to have any language changes or any changes to the core K2 template at all. I'll take another look tomorrow and see if I can get any further.Krikor wrote: It could be hardcoded in the template, or the template itself could use its own language strings.

The item isn't on the menu and I've not changed the menu for the category. I'm at a loss as to why it hasn't changed, unless it is something to do with the multiple extra fields for k2 extension that I installed. It doesn't appear to have any code that would change the title but I'll ask the developer just in case.
