I want to crate the slides feature in an html page rather then in Joomla. Does anyone know how I can accomplish this?

If you are using Bootstrap, you already have the tabs functionality,getbootstrap.com/javascript/

Thanks Krikor! i am not familiar with Bootstrap. It is on a windows server instead of Linux so I am not sure if that method would work or not.

The second set of links shows me how this is done with the tabs, do you have any examples how this can be done with the slider?

Bootstrap is a front-end framework so it works with any server-related technology.
