Not sure what to call it, but it's ugly. Unless it can be nicely styled I'd like to turn it off. See www.ckdev.info/twt/things-to-do/eat

Thanks.

This is the category block containing category image and title. There are options for hiding those elements in K2 category edit page.

Alternatively it can be styled by editing the CSS file templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/css/k2.css .

Thank you - I'll look some more. I did look through setting last night, but it was getting late and there are a lot of them!

Cheers.

www.ckdev.info/twt

Finally found where to turn those blocks off. Now I have errors from turning stuff off:

Latest from
Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$author in /home/wwwckde/public_html/twt/components/com_k2/templates/default/item.php on line 435

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/wwwckde/public_html/twt/components/com_k2/templates/default/item.php on line 435

Also want to turn off comments, but can't find that either.

These are just notices. They have been fixed in the development version already. In order to hide them just set error reporting to "Simple" or "None" under Joomla! global configuration.

Regarding K2 comments you can disable them globally in K2 parameters or hide them for specific categories by editing each category settings.
