Some articles not showing in front-end

So I see this is a topic that has been covered, but I can't seem to get a good answer as to how to fix this.
On my website, I have a bunch of articles and I have found that some are showing and some are not. The best example of this are these articles:
learningwithflair.com/learn/photoshop-articles/item/9-1003-layers-part-2-how-to-create-a-layer -> This one only shows the article's title, but all the content doesn't show.
learningwithflair.com/learn/photoshop-articles/item/11-1004-layers-part-3-layer-anatomy -> This article is in the same category as the above link, and it shows everything normally. I have checked everything I can think of. I have Membership Pro, and there are no restrictions on any of the articles.
The one posted solution about it being in the category can't be the case here as all my articles get their settings from the categories.
Any ideas what else might be causing this issue?

Each item can have it's own settings overriding the category settings. So just edit the item and check the "Item view options" on the right side of the screen.

What is the solution?
We've entered in 50 articles... 45 of which display perfectly, and 5 of which are seemingly blank.
...but the content is still in the backend / editor, fully visible. But on the front end... no content... title, date, author, everything else displays normally, but the content area is blank.
On both the category view, and in the item view.
There seems to be no pattern.
There are no additional display properties... everything was done exactly the same on all 50 articles. ...All in one category ("blog").
Please help!

No, it's not even in the source code of the page.
Thx,

What could be going wrong are a number of things:
- the menu item for the particular articles isn't showing a particular category
- the category view of the item isn't showing a particular category
- the article is being linked in a strange way by a setting within the article and how that single setting is interacting with its category
- the particular articles are uncategorised and therefore haven't been added to a section
etc etc. I find that sometimes it's easier to just copy and paste the content into a new item, delete the old one and then check global and local settings where applicable.

You are correct on all your points although K2 cannot have articles which do not belong into a category (sections are not being used by K2).

You can repair your db's tables through phpMyAdmin or a similar application. You can also ask your hosting provider about specific instructions for your setup.
PS. Backup the database first :)

thanks again for your help with this, but i just don't think that's the problem...
the site isn't even live yet... so not much traffic other than myself and the tech helping me add articles.
it feels like a problem within K2 itself... going back to the original problem...
some of the articles show just fine (45/50) and some of them turned up blank (5 of them)... i even added another one as a test, and it worked fine...?
it's so bizarre.
just not sure what's happening. maybe i'll try a different editor? (currently using JCE)
thanks again,
