JW Player will not play mp4 was created by Mike Piper

Jw Player returns an error media could not be played for mp4 files which work ok in another player on the same site why?

It appears that the url is wrong.
www.guildfordu3a.org.uk/2015to2016/images/videos//Floral.mp4

Notice the double slashes.

It still results into a 404 error when I try to access the video directly.
www.guildfordu3a.org.uk/2015to2016/images/videos/Floral.mp4

Make sure you have set the correct path and there are not typos in the filename.

Hi
I have deleted the sub directory 2015to2016 from the path set in All video because this is in the DNS setting for the domain but Allvideo still does not run.

Clearly I am missing something?

The video path is now http://images/videos/Floral.mp4.
Have you changed the "Local Video Folder" setting?

Yes I changed the path in allvideo to /image/videos That is I took out ' /2015to2016' since it should be in the dns settings for www.guildfordu3a.org.uk

As you have guessed I set this up to try to get all video to work and I use the link at the bottom of the home page which is '.... ' to try it but it does not run.

Instead of /image/videos try image/videos or ( images/videos )
