Indeed, that seems to be the case. You need to contact them to see if there is an update which fixes this issue.

I looked on the website for Artio joomSef is a paid add-on to K2. Maybe it's them? Can it be definitely? Any ideas? To support writes that there is a problem, necessarily. Krikor, thank you very much, your support is irreplaceable.
