Hi Support,

I'm trying to add the possibility to the search option of k2 tools to search for users.
It's working great for items so i want to give the visitors the possibility to search for the users as well.
Is there a simple trick to add this? I'm searching in the helper.php and the search.php but it's not easy to find out the stucture.
Can you give me a push in the right direction?

Unfortunately you will need an extension to search through Joomla!'s users.

Found something and made a edit so it can search for users.

Is it a K2 search or a regular Joomla! search?

It is a customized k2 search.

Why not turn it on a new K2 extension and have it feature here? getk2.org/extend/
