K2 Content Module not recognizing sub-template

K2 Content Module not recognizing sub-template was created by Dean
I am attempting to use the 2gridblock sub-template from the RadioWave theme on my new template and am having issues.
I have added the templates to /templates/YOURJOOMLATEMPLATE/html/com_k2/ and they are available in the modules but they fail to change.
Is there something I am doing wrong?

Hello,

The K2 Content module looks into a different folder.
/templates/YOURJOOMLATEMPLATE/html/mod_k2_content
