There is a form that appears on the top of my Joomla CMS and website, i am trying to remove the error but i seem not to find the cause of the error.

I don't think that this is somehow related with K2. In any case, if you want to remove the error try to set error reporting to "None" in Joomla global configuration.

If you want to remove the form, you need to find out where it comes from ( module, plugin, template etc ) .
