Hi,
when I put bullet in a k2 item content, the bullets do not display on my article, just a text displays, why??

Check if there is a css property list-style-type with a value of none. The list-style-type property specifies the appearance of a list item element so if you set it to none the markers-bullets will not be visible.

Probably in your template css file but you should also use your browser inspection tool in order to find which css class inherits this HTML list.
