I have been trying to get my k2 rss feed for category working but it will not work. so i decided to see if i can use joomla rss feed.
1. is there any away i can post K2 items to both k2 and joomla categories.
2. if any on can help me with k2 rss configuration for category
3. any free auto post to socials module

1. K2 is a different component, so this is not possible.
2. The options for the feeds are located in K2's parameters.
3. You can try dlvr.it
