Mp3 Player does not show on K2 articles was created by Abeer Kirollos

I have a page that displays a table of mp3s using this syntax for each one {mp3}facts-spiritual-life/f1{/mp3}. I see that when debugging the page but it does not appear on the page. Not sure what is the conflict that is causing it. Can you please help me figure this out?

I downloaded and installed this new version 4.8.0 and the problem is still there. mp3 player does not show up.

Can you show me an example of the shortcode you are using?
With an actual mp3 file.

I even tried the shortcode inside regular joomla articles and still player does not show.
