Can't Change Authors

Can't Change Authors was created by jentooman
I am using K2 2.7 on Joomla 3.5.1

I open an item, click on the edit icon next to author and the user list pops up, but when I click on a name... nothing happens. To change the author, I have to manually change the owner ID in the database.

Any idea why this is happening?

Hello,

Can you check the browser's console tab for any js issues?

console shows no errors,
Cant change the Autor (User 62 was deleted)

-> solved -> found the rsolution -> in basic tab -> changing Author
