Simple Image Gallery

I am relatively new to Joomla, and this is the first plugin I have implemented. I have the Image Gallery loading on the page, but when I click on the thumbnail, I get the following message: "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later." In the instructions, I saw that the cache folder needs to be writable- I checked that and it is. I saw in a different post something about rights to the folder the images are in. I'm not sure how to check that or change it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. The photo gallery can be found at www.marbleheadschools.org/gl-principal-corner/photo-gallery
We are on Joomla 2.5.27 and our Simple Image Gallery is version 3.0.1.
Thank you!

The gallery in the link you sent us is working as expected, did you solve the issue?

It appears to be a browser issue. I had been testing in Firefox, version 46.0.1. That gives the error I was getting. "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later."
When I test in Chrome or IE, those work.
Any thoughts?
Thank you for your prompt response by the way! :)

The folder is printed like:
/images\glover/Gallery/flip10.jpg
Where it should be
/images/glover/Gallery/flip10.jpg
Are you on IIS?

www.arimo.eu/news/171-buon-compleanno-casa-miriam.html
