The problem in view of K2 by alphabetical Persian ordering was created by shahrouz

Hi
I'm having trouble in view of the Persian alphabet
In category view of the Alphabet
A few letters in the wrong place to be
for example
The letter پ، چ، گ, and ...
please guide me

Hello,

By default there is no alphabet view of K2. Are you using a 3rd party extension?

Hello
However, by default alphabet system is in K2
But
It just works for the Arabic language
There are four letters in Persian language (پ ژ گ چ)
That are not in the right place and last letters of the alphabet are added
and unused any Additional extension

First of all BACKUP your database and site (I cannot stress this enough)

It seems that your database's table collation is wrong. You should use a persian collation.

Hello

I've changed the database tables to utf32_persian_ci
But the problem is still unsolved
Attached is a picture database

However, the Category Blog & Category List, Works properly
The only difficulty is the K2 persian alphabetically
