K2 Images Not Uploading

I have also attempted to upload the image to Media (which DOES work), however, when in K2 and the image is selected, it again directs to a blank screen and nothing is saved.
I have reinstalled K2, and I'm still having the exact same issue.
Please could you let me know what the problem is and/or how to fix it.
Thank you.

A white page indicates a PHP error, please enable error reporting and set it to development in your site's global configuration menu so the actual error can be seen.

I tried uploading the image onto K2 again, and still just get a white page with nothing on it.
I'm happy to provide you with backend details if you want to take a look for yourself?

It is also possible that the error has been recorded in the site's error_log, which is possibly located in the root folder of your site.
You need to ask the hosting provider why PHP errors cannot be shown.

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/samijphoto/public_html/administrator/components/com_k2/lib/class.upload.php on line 5024
How do I fix this?

If that doesn't do the trick you need to ask your hosting provider increase the max_execution_time value to 60.

The other setting only needs to be set by your hosting provider.

I set it to 64, as per the suggestion on the tooltip.
Tried again, and now i'm getting a blank screen again with no error message.
ARGH! This is beyond frustrating!

The guy I spoke to insisted that my website is Wordpress, despite the screenshots I sent him clearly showing a Joomla backend. So I'm really not sure how much help these guys are really going to be.

It is a value in a php.ini file, but depending on the setup, it could be located in various places and you might not have access to it.
You can take a screenshot of the error and explicitly ask to increase the Maximum execution time to 60seconds.
