K2 articles not displayed under Safari was created by zamarza1
Hello,

Some weeks we have migrated our site to Joomla 3.6.2.
We use K2, version 2.7.1.

With the Safari browser, we have just seen (following of online remarks) that our K2 articles are not displayed.
For example page: www.guillenphoto.com/cms/en/why-we-photographed-gelada-monkeys-in-ethiopia.html

The modules are displayed correctly. The site works well but when we want to access a section K2, nothing works.
The site works perfectly on other browsers: Chrome, IE, Opera, Firefox.

Does anyone have a solution to our problem?
Thanks in advance.

Hello,

I cannot verify this issue, under Safari (latest version) the items in the blog are appearing correctly.

Thank you very much for your reply and the test.

I am using Safari 5.1.7 under Windows and it is not working.

Did you do the test using a PC or a MAC?

Thank you.

Safari on Windows has been discontinued and considered obsolete with the last version being over 4 years old.
We do not support Safari for Windows, moreover since you are using a 3rd party template, issues regarding the template should be addressed to the template's developer.

Thank you very much for your reply.
I have also contacted two customers who use Safari. It works perfectly. It confirms what you wrote first.
Thanks for your time and your knowledge.
Have a great day
